This is all time fav , tastiest snack of mine !
Ingredients: Carrot , french beans , green peas ,2-3 potatoes , chat masala /amchoor,
ginger + garlic + green chilli paste ; Bread ; 1 small cup sooji
Method:
1. Boil all in cooker : carrot , french beans , green peas , potato
2. Mash above things together.
3. Add salt , little sugar , lemon juice , chat masala / amchoor , corriander - as per taste
4. Mainly add - ginger + garlic + green chilli paste , more of garlic ,ginger , n chat masala makes the taste !Boil all in cooker
5. add Bread - no need 2 soak it , it'll anyway absorb the water from cooked stuff
6. Saute finely chopped onions in oil , add jeera and heeng
7. Add this to rest of mixture , mix well
8. Make round pattis of this mixture n roll in sooji / bread crumbs , shallow fry on non-stick pan
Prep time : 30 mins.
Variation: Instead of potatoes one can opt for yellow corn !
