Schezwan toast sandwich

Ingredients:
1 Each of onion , cucumber ,capsicum ,carrot, small cabbage ; schezwan sauce ; soya sauce ; chilli sauce ; cheeze ; Butter ; Bread slices

Method:
1. Cut into small pieces the onion , cucumber ,capsicum ,carrot, cabbage

2. Mix everything + add schezwan sauce (2 tbspoon) + soya sauce (1 tbspoon) + chilli sauce (1 1/2 tbspoon)
+ grate 1 cube cheese (Can vary the sauce quantities and cheeze as per choice)

3. Apply butter to bread and place the above stuffing in between 2 bread slices and keep in toaster.

Garnish the hot sandwich with spreading a mix of schezwan sauce + tomato sauce + sev on top of it !!

Its both a healthy as well as non-healthy option of sandwich, the veggies being healthy and the cheeze and schezwan playin spoilers ! But it tastes awesome with a glass of beer !

Variation: Instead of the schezwan , soya , and chilli sauce ;make the Italian style - Add Oregano and chilli flakes to the veggies !! Now thats real tasty and healthy too..
