Some of the best recipes from my mom's kitchen, (which always make my friends asking for more) Most of the recipes are easy-n-quick to make with avg prep time of 20 mins.
Gujju Kadhi: (this 1's fr the kathyawadi gujju's like me whu love their food spicyy !!)
Ingridents:: 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp besan / chana atta , 4-5 Garlic ,2-3 green chillies , ginger
Method:
1. Churn the curd in a cooking pot and add the besan. Add sufficient water to make it watery. Two glasses would be fine.
2. For the Tadka : heat 2 tbsp oil / ghee (ghee tastes delicious), then add few pieces of clove , curry leaves and jeera. Make it sizzlee
3. Add the tadka to curd , then add salt, ginger - green chilli paste.
4. Boil for some time , add 1/2 tbsp sugar to taste , add finely cut garlic and let it boil.
5. Garnish and add taste by adding corriander leaves and methi leaves.
There u go its ready !!

Serves : 2-3
